           contribute toward enjoyable golfing experiences for all patrons.

      *   Provide a level of service that will exceed the expectations of members and
           guests.  Service will be the highest priority at all times and will be measured by
           satisfaction level of patrons and growth & success of the club.

      *   Develop and maintain a pricing structure that is fair for the customer,
           competitive, and produces a reasonable return for ownership.

      *   Develop a program of golf and social activities that will provide a high level of
