'Plantation Villas' were specifically designed for those requiring Group
accommodations.

Adjacent to the Villas is our Golf Pro Shop, and Grovers Bar and Grill is
also located in the same building only 30 yards away from any one unit.
These are new units which will provide 'Deluxe Accommodations''. Each
unit has 4 Bedrooms and a Private Bath in each. Downstairs features a
large Kitchen and Dining Room, a large Living Room, 2 Porches and a Full
Bath

Four separate Units are available and each Villa is designed and
decorated similarly.

The Villas are designed for Golf Packages and Rental to Golfers will be a
priority. Advance reservations for Non-Golfers will be discouraged, however
if vacancies exist, Villas will be offered on short notice.

For less than eight (8) Golfers, please call for Custom Rates which will be
offered for Golfing and Non-Golfing Groups, based on size of Group,
Activities Desired and Time requested.
